Orange County = Alternate Universe

Thursday and Friday I am helping out my cousin with her two little ones in Orange County.


1) There is plenty of parking EVERYWHERE
2) The kids' schedule rules ALL


THURSDAY 8/29

2 pills with water @8:30am

Breakfast @9am

  • 3 egg whites
  • glass of water 
  • cup of almond milk
2 pills with water @ 11:30am
Lunch@12pm (Took the kids to Costco... who knew that could be a fun adventure?)
  • Chicken Caesar Salad = the most disgusting thing I've ever eaten in my life. Couldn't finish it. 
3pm
We all had a good cry and a good hour long nap




2 pills with water @5:30 
Dinner @ 6pm
  • Roasted Pork
  • Green Beans 
  • Rice
  • Apple Sauce 
  • water
The pic is blurry because as I took it, my 2 year old niece had a meltdown. 

Bella kindly agreed to help me with my work out and sat on my legs as I worked my Hammies. We only made it throw 1 set of 15 reps (30lbs) before the workout had to abruptly end. 

She barfed on me. 

(Best auntie ever?) 


FRIDAY 8/30

2 pills with water @8am
Breakfast @8:30am
  • 2 eggs 
  • water
  • coffee
  • Banana
GYM @ 9am
Corbin takes a nap from 9am-10am and there is a 24 hour fitness around the corner YAY!

Chest/Back
5 min warm up on treadmill

15 reps 4 sets

Incline chest press 15 lbs
Seated Peck Fly 45lbs
Flat Chest Press 20 lbs
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown 50lbs
Seated Cable row 50lbs. 

Finished rather quickly so 
I ran for 10 min on the treadmill

Post-work out Snack @10:40

  • Glass of water
  • Hard boiled egg white

2 pills with water @11

Lunch @11:30
  • Tuna and salad with balsamic vinegarette...gross 
  • Water
Activity @12-2pm
Indoor playground with a sea of 2 year olds
Snack - handful of grapes & handful of chex cereal 

Lots of water (100 degrees today!!!) 

Dinner... TBA 
Something Chicken-y
