I was hungry ALL DAY!
I just wanted to eat some bread or cake or a candy bar.
I probably have my portions wrong or I'm not eating enough carbs??
I hope I can do a check-in soon so I can get all this straightened out.
My arms hurt soooo bad from lifting weights Monday. I had a hard time putting on clothes and driving.
Can I be skinny already?
Day 3
2 pills w/ water @10am
Breakfast @10:30
- 1 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 cup grapenuts
- handful of raspberries
- 1 banana
Coffee at 12pm
Lunch @ 1:40pm
- 3oz. grilled chicken
- 1/2 cup basmati rice
- 1/2 cup green beans
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- Glass of water
Snack@3:30
- 1 oz. of spicy peanuts
- 12 oz. bottle of water
Snack@ 6:30 pm
- 5 strawberries
- glass of water
2 pills w/ water @7pm
Dinner @8pm
- 1/2 chicken wrap
- 2 glasses of water
