Here is what I managed to eat and how I managed to exercise. 

Friday 8/23
It was very hot - I am generally less hungry when it is hot. I was also fairly busy - I just steadily grazed on veggies and meat and drank LOTS of water. 

2 Pills with water 
Breakfast 
  • 3 egg whites
  • slice of toasted Ezekiel bread
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Glass of water
Lunch
  • a few slices of turkey 
  • 1/2 avocado 
  • glass of water
Around 6:30 2 pills with glass of water

Rest of the evening drank about 40 oz of water 
snacked on celery & carrot sticks
approx. 2 oz of grilled chicken
1 oz of trail mix

Resisted snacking on chips and drinking at my neighbors party. Got made fun of for carrying around my sparkling water, but whatever. 



Saturday 8/24

Very Tired. Day 1 of Shark Week. Still very hot outside and inside my no A/C apartment. 

2 pills w/ water @ 10am 

Breakfast @10:30am
  • 5 egg whites scrambled w/ 1/2 cup bell peppers
  • cup of almond milk
  • 3 glasses of water
Gym 12pm 
  • Sat on a bike for about 15 min and peddled until I convinced myself that I could do weights
  • (Burned a solid 90 cal on the bike)
  • Leg Day! 4 sets of 15 
  • Standing Calf Raises  60 lbs.
  • Leg Ext. 60 lbs.
  • Seated Hamstring Curl 60 lbs. 
Post work out 
 glass of water & protein shake 8 oz. @1:30 pm 

NAP @3pm 

2 pills with water @ 5:30

Family Reunion @ 6pm
Thought it would be healthy since most of my family is gluten free. They had a nacho bar : ( I tried to make it work. 
  • 1/2 cup ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, & olives (avoided cheese sauce, chips, and sour cream) 
  • Had about a cup of grapes/melons from the fruit platter 
  • Resisted cake 
  • 2 bottles of water 


Sunday 8/25

2 pills w/ water @ 7:30am

Breakfast @8am (didn't leave enough time to cook before work)

  • 8oz protein shake 
  • 5 oz. raspberries 
2 pills w/ water @ 12:30pm

Lunch @1pm (On my way down to San Diego)
  • Grilled Salmon
  • Slice watermelon
  • 1/4 cup approx. rice pilaf (didn't finish the portion showed)
  • a bite of black beans 
  • glass of water
2 avocado slices 

2 pills w/ water @ 5:30
Dinner @ 6pm
  • Grilled chicken slices & salad 
  • 2 glasses of water
9pm
  • 2 cups of hot tea
  • 1 graham cracker (resisted many offers of icecream, candy & wine)
Glass of water before bed.
