Artichoke dip is not hummus

Today was my 3rd day at the kid's day camp. We had double sessions. So double physical activity game time, double song/dance time, double story time, double craft time, double chasing the 5th & 6th grade boys around making sure they don't set something on fire.

I am mentally and physically exhausted.

2 pills w/ water @6:30 am

Breakfast @7am

  • 2egg whites +1 whole egg scrambled w/ pico de gallo & spinach (did not taste as good as I hoped)
  • 2 bites of grape nuts with almond milk (tasted even more gross)
  • 2 slices of apples dipped in all natural PB
  • Bottle of water
Snack @10:30
  • Bottle of water
  • 10 grapes dipped in all natural PB (about a tbsp)
2 pills with water @12pm

Lunch@12:30
  • spring salad mix
  • 1/2 cup brown rice
  • 3oz sliced/grilled chicken
  • 1oz. honey mustard dressing on the side
  • glass of water
Snack @ 4pm (attended going away party)
  • Glass of water
  •  4 or 5 carrot & celery sticks
  • big bite of artichoke dip... turns out artichoke dip is NOT "pretty much the same thing as hummus" and is actually not good for you. (i.e. mayo & cream cheese) lesson learned
2 pills w/ water @4:45

Dinner @5:15
  • "Taco Salad" Approx. 2-3 oz marinated/grilled chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, guac, chopped onions
  • Basically instead of eating two mini tacos in those icky corn tortillas I opted to just take the same amount of filling and eat it salad style... but with more lettuce.
  • Glass of water
Got home around 7pm and had 2 more glasses of water before bed.
Stared at the sealing for about 2 hours and decided I should go to the gym.
Took me 30 minutes to drive half a mile... my gym is about 3-5 miles away.
Went home :(

Tomorrow is supposed to be my rest day, but I guess I will just swap. I hope that doesn't throw things off.
