So where's my letter from Hogwarts?

Woke up around 8am feeling like all the snot in my nose decided to make a home in my sinus cavity. I figured if I blew my nose the pressure would be relieved and I could go about my day....NOPE.

When that didnt work I tried using a Neti pot and taking a long hot shower. Maybe I could get to the gym by 10am???  NOPE

FULL BLOWN MIGRAINE!!!!

I curled up in my bed and wished for death... finally around 12:30 pm, my roomie agreed that we both needed massages. And that did the trick. In my mind, if my ailment can't be cured by a nap, Nyquil, a hot shower, fresh pressed juice, a brisk walk/dancing, yoga, or a massage THEN I most likely have a rare and fatal disease and should say goodbye to all my loved ones cuz it's over.

(Note: my dad's cure-all is gargling warm salt water)

I was probably dehydrated or something because later that night I realized my nose had been bleeding. EW!

Today my diet was a bit thrown off because due to extra sleeping and nausea/pain, I had lack of appetite. But I'm gonna be back on the wagon tomorrow fur shure.
