BOILING LAVA HOT


I'M MELTING!!!


I pretty much just sat in front of my fan for two days straight because it's been almost 100 DEGREES this week.

TUESDAY 8/27

2 pills with water @8:30
Fell back asleep


2 pills with water @ 4pm
Lunch/Dinner

  • Chicken Salad (tomatoes, onions, feta, avocado, honey mustard dressing on the side)
  • Only able to finish half! It was so huge and very delish!
  •  2 glasses of iced tea 
Work Out 
Shoulder/Arms/Abs
15 reps 4 sets

Overhead Dumbell Press
 8lbs
Dumbell front raise
 8lbs
Rear Delt Fly
 30 lbs
Bicep Curl
8lb
Tricep Rope Pull down
45lb

Crunches 3 sets of 30
Leg Raises 3 sets of 30 (SO HARD!)
Bicycle 3 sets of 30

Post work out
Protein shake
2 glasses of water

WEDNESDAY 8/28

Breakfast
2 pills with water
Coffee
Parfait
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • banana cut up
  • 1/4 cup grape nuts
Glass of water

Lunch 
2 pills with water
leftover chicken salad (not delish second time around)
Water 

Escaped to a cafe around 3pm
  • Mint iced tea
Evening walk to the grocery store. About 6 blocks there and back

Dinner
2 pills with water
Apple salad with pecans
Water
