I had a lovely phone call from my "fitness coach". She was very helpful. I like helpful people.
Oh and this is what I ate
Day 4
2 pills with water @ 8am
Breakfast @ 8:30 am
- 1 cup multigrain oatmeal w/ tbsp of all natural peanut butter + 3 cut up strawberries
- Glass of water
Gym @ 9:30
4 sets of 15 reps
Dumbell Squat 15lbs (couldn't find 20 lbs)
Seated hamstring curls 75lbs
Walking lunges w/ dumbells 15lbs
Seated leg extension 30lbs
Standing calf raise 60lbs (45 lbs on the last set cuz I thought I was going to puke)
Post work out snack @ 10:30
- 2 boiled egg whites
- 2 glasses of water
Lunch @1pm
- 2 cups baked kale
- 1/2 cup brown rice
- 4 oz baked tilapia sprinkled with italian seasoning/paprika
- 2 glasses of water
- 2 slices of avocado
After noon snack @ 3:30
- 1 oz. trail mix
- Bottle of water
2 Pills @ 4:30
Dinner@ 5:15
- 4oz. baked tilapia
- 1/2 brown rice
- 1 cup brussel sprouts
- 1 glass of water
I worked at a day camp and all the kids were having pizza and cookies. I stayed strong!
Snack @ 8:30
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 1 bottle of water
